Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

eGift Certificates are digital products and will be delivered exclusively via email, intended for use in online purchases only.

Virtual gift certificates are activated immediately upon payment confirmation, have no expiration date, and are only valid for the specified value in ZAR.

eGift Certificates cannot be reloaded, resold, refunded, transferred for value, or exchanged for cash or credit, except as mandated by the law. They are void if reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Unused eGift Certificates may not be transferred.

  • Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk of loss for eGift Certificates pass to the purchaser/recipient upon our confirmation being sent. We are not liable for lost or stolen eGift Certificates. If you don't receive your virtual gift card or suspect unauthorized use, please contact our customer support immediately.
  • Incorrect/Invalid Email Address: If an incorrect or invalid recipient email address is used, kindly reach out to our customer support right away. Vape King will not assume responsibility or liability for losses resulting from incorrect information.
  • Personalized Message: You have the option to include a personal message on an eGift Certificate by entering your message in the designated field during the purchase process. Please be aware that Vape King does not review eGift Certificate messages and will not be held responsible for inappropriate, offensive, or objectionable messages. We do reserve the right to cancel such eGift Certificates upon request.
  • Limitation of Liability: Vape King makes no express or implied warranties regarding eGift Certificates. In the event of a non-functional eGift Certificate code, our sole remedy and liability is to replace it with an eGift Certificate of equivalent value.
