How do I cancel an order?

Your order may be canceled at any time before it has begun processing. Before attempting to cancel an order, please ensure it does not have the Processing or Shipped status.

There are several ways you can cancel your order:

1. Within the My Account section on our website, select the Cancel Order action on the order you wish to cancel.
2. The order will then be canceled immediately.
