How long do refunds take?

Typically, you can anticipate that a refund will appear in your account within 1-3 business days following the completion of the refund processing.

However, if your order was canceled and refunded before it entered the processing stage, your payment will be voided rather than refunded. In such cases, you won't receive a credit refund. Instead, your bank will release the initial payment hold on your account. Please be aware of this distinction in the refund process.

Orders made via paygate/Payfast will be refunded to the original payment method, I.E the card used to make payment.

Orders paid via eft will be paid to the banking details provided when requesting your refund.
